My baby is 19 months old.Is full cream milk good for baby?

A. Children under 2 years of age need the nutrients and healthy fat in whole or reduced-fat milk for brain development. Stick with whole milk unless you have a family history of heart disease, high cholesterol or obesity, or your pediatrician thinks your child is already getting enough healthy fat in his diet.Whole milk is a good option for most toddlers over age 12 months who are not breastfeeding or drinking formula. One benefit of whole milk over low-fat milk is that many people prefer the taste.
