Q.

my baby is 19 months old im giving him nusobee soya milk is it safe to give him 4 times a day and use regularly

A. you can give cow milk if there is no contraindication. Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products. give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

A. if you baby does not have any particular problem then you can go for the normal or the regular milk for the baby as he is one year plus but if you are baby have problem like lactose intolerance then you should better consult your doctor for the quantity even
