my baby is 19 month old. vo teeth nikal rha hai. use bar bar stomach infection ho jata hai yaa ku hota hai

Hello maam A child does not have stomach infection because teeth are coming there is some other reason to it because when teething happens it is normally lose motions are you no loss of appetite and all these things it is never a reason for stomach infection there is some other issue with your child so just try to figure that out
