My baby is 18 months old and got vaccinated yesterday, doctor suggested to put paracetamol syrup every 6 hours for 24 hours. The course got completed morning 7 o clock, but now her temperature is 99.8. Should I continue syrup for one more day?

A. if the baby is having fever you can give Paracetamol to the child and it can be repeated every 6 hour if again the fever is coming and follow the instructions of your doctor
