my baby is 18 month old ..how can high her blood level....which foods & vegetables,

A. to increase his blood haemoglobin level.. give iron rich diet to your baby.. Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes are good

A. reaching out to answer this question if you need to increase your child's blood levels all you need to do is make sure you're giving your baby a well balanced diet and a lot of grains and a lot of fruits and vegetables that are red in colour and jaggery and peanuts also a great in helping increase the blood
