Q.

My baby is 18 month old and respond to everything but speaks mostly gibberish. Dont speak clear words, is that normal by that age. what should i do

A. by 2 years baby can speak bisyllables qTry to converse with your baby often reduce screen time encourage peer play if the problem perissts beyond 3 years of age kindly consult developmental pediatrician for proper examination and medication speech therapy may be required o k ay

Q. #asktheexpert my daughter is 2 years old, she doesn't chew food, directly engulf it, sometimes she does mostly not. also, she speaks very few words like 2-5 words, but mostly she speaks gibberish. she is able to speak words based on viewing the object like light, doggy, meow, wow, aai ..etc.. pls.note.. she has been diagnosed with low body tone at around 3 months old, we have done physiotherapy and all, she has mostly overcome by now from it.
