A sound sleep of 8-10 hrs with a proper diet is sufficient for child's health.According to the details as mentioned here this is considered as to be normal but if you still have doubts regarding this and that this might be something else than you caoon consult your doctor for further guidance and suggestions about it till then you can keep this under your observation for time.
