A. every baby has their own sleeping pattern which keeps changing with age, only after 5-6 mons of age you can establish a regular sleep cycle gradually with time n age. A sound sleep of 8-10 hrs with a proper diet is sufficient for child's health.According to the details as mentioned here this is considered as to be normal but if you still have doubts regarding this and that this might be something else than you caoon consult your doctor for further guidance and suggestions about it till then you can keep this under your observation for time.

A. Hello, If your 18-month-old suddenly has trouble falling asleep, starts resisting naps or sleep, or has frequent nighttime awakenings, they may be experiencing a sleep regression. The best way to deal with any type of sleep disturbance is to maintain a consistent bedtime routine and to minimize any major changes.
