Q.

My baby is 17 months old from few days she is not taking her meals properly,she is not eating a single rice infact. but whenever she saw chocolates, biscuits she have it immediately. please suggest me how can I get rid of this habit of eating chocolates, biscuits, etc.

A. stop giving chocolate, biscuits, chips completely.. Stop rice for few days or make it masala rice to change the taste..give different kind of recipe as their taste changes during this age Tim e.

A. yes ,I understand as I had to face same problem when my child was young. but please make your family members understand why you are against such food items and want to keep a child away from this. what I was doing that , I set one day in week only on which my child can get such things . so you can do like this ,it may help as it was helping me and my child.

A. thanks for your advice. actually I am also against of these types food , even I don't buy it fr myself. I stay in joint family other members influence her with these types of food.

A. hi yes it happens. but mam , please stop buying such things even for your self too. give Healthy options like fruits, nuts,dry fruits etc encourage your child by adding your creativity while serving them for example instead of giving fruit as it is ,cut fruits in different shapes like star heart etc using shape cutter.
