Q.

My baby is 17 months cold having fever and dry cough…… please suggest medicine as he was coughing now while sleeping also

A. Give steam inhalations 4 to 5 times a day for cold and cough, use baby vicks, use nasal drops for nasal block. Use paracetamol 120 mg 5 ml for fever and repeat every 4 to 6 hours if required.do give syp honitus 5 ml two time a day
