Q.

My baby is 17 days old, recently she started vomiting milk and curdy milk comes out from nose and mouth despite burping for 10-15 mnts. Is spitting from nose normal? Is Domstal suspension(0.6 ml thrice a day) safe for 3 weeks old baby? would appreciate your advise here!

A. it is quite natural normal for small babies to spit milk sometimes do regurgitation of curdy material because of the laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter which may continue up to four months also no medicines are required for this
