my baby is 16 week old girl she have a loose motion...4-5time in a day or we can its called charak charak pottyi give her enterogemina from 4 day..but not now she is well

Q. my baby had doing potty in small amount like "charak charak" with every pee.. he has do pee like 14 to 15 times in a whole day so same with do potty like 14 to 15 times in whole day.. one more thing while I am give feeding same time he do potty so i am unable to do burp.. he is doing only feeding or else I am not giving anything from outside. so please help me on this..
