Q.
my baby is 16 months old.she fell on plastic stool and get her head hit on back side .is it dangerous and will anything happen to her head?

Put a cold pack onto the head of the child of there is any chance of swelling that will subside and do it 3 to 4 times in the day and continuously monitor the behaviour for another 24 hours and if you see anything order anything that is alarming visit your doctor
