if a child weighs around 8 to 9 kg,no need to worry about it much.
but if a child is having low weight ,then you should consult your pediatrician for once.
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk banana etc more.
keep your child well hydrated
never force feed or overfeed your child.
give Massage to your child everyday which help to regularise bowlmovements.
