my baby is 16 months but still not started talking. Is it speech delay?

No it is not speech delay some kids can pick up by the age of 2 1/2 years also so if you see nothing is happening by the age of two or maybe 2 1/2 years then you can consult a speech therapist as of now my suggestion is that you should try to talk more with your child spend more quality time and zero screen time that will help
