My baby is 16 month old can i give him Meftal syrp instead of paracetamol syrp for fever

A. Hi parent For fever paracetamol is enough You may give any other syrup containing paracetamol after prescription from your pediatrician. dosage of paracetamol drops should be as suggested by pediatrician
