Q.
My baby is 16 days old, even if she is very sleepy she tries to avoid sleep and sees around... is it normal ? Also, can someone help me and tell how much time one should breastfeed the baby? and how much time one should try and burp the baby? My baby doesn't give burp at all but she gets lots of hiccups. hope it's nothing to worry about

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes it seems ok.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

Hi I would like to inform you that for initial three months which do not have any vision they cannot see anything around I can only see either blaster for black and white everything is just like that for them they do not have any vision so if you think that your child is not taking feed or just looking here and there then you just cover the face of your child and then you feed the child in isolation where there is no sound and no noisy and feed your child according to the demand of the child whenever your child is breastfeeding don’t feed your child after that
