Q.

my baby is 15months...I want to give her natural cow milk not mother dairy from now onwards... she is having mother dairy cow milk from last 2months.. in first attempt how much milk should be given to her for testing .. should we add little water to it.. please help in advising .

A. Milk is an important part of a toddler's diet because it provides calcium and vitamin D, which help build strong bones. Limit your child's milk intake to 16 ounces (480 milliliters) a day.add equal quality of water.
