A. for big children it is important to increase the physical activity of the child during the daytime and also see that the child is drinking plenty of water and is having a good diet just before sleep but at the same time the diet should be easily digestible and not very hecavy diet which is causing more gas formation because that also can lead to digestion problem and that can disturb the sleep. also it is importacnt to look for any environmental disturbance which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the mattress problem

A. hi is your child taking breastfeeding? if yes then it is normal. it alright by the time by own but if not then it could be result of indigestion, gas , hunger, need of diaper change , feeling discomfort like feeling too hot or cold, separation anxiety etc so please check all these. make sure your child takes his dinner well. make sure your child feel comfortable while sleeping. prefer weather appropriate clothes for your child.
