Q.

my baby is 15 months old and diagnosed with ricket due to deficiency in vitamin d.. doc recommended some calcium supplements. is anything need to worry?

A. just guve vit d supp to .Food full of green leafy vegetable and fruit contains most of vitamin and protein sources like paneer soyabean or egg . It is required for proper weight and height gain and also for boosting immunity and good skin and hairs . Protein powder like pediasure can be given to baby after 2 yr of age .

A. Its It’s a matter of concern I would not say that it is not a matter of concern it certainly is a matter of concern but you are and I would like to tell you with proper and sufficient supplements like calcium vitamin D and good absorption of sun rays into the body for about half an hour to 1 hour every day that’s going to be very good
