My baby is 14months old, till what age we can give cow's milk to her, and want to know about quantity also.

You can continue give cow's milk afterwards till growing. Cow's milk is easily digestible. Please give the same.
Since baby is small, offer min 300-400 ml of milk on daily basis and gradually increase the amount of milk.
