My baby is 14 week today and he can hear clearly but don’t turns head when call him or sounds. Is it normal or not?

A. Give a time the child is going to do it usually after the time of 12 weeks when kids gain their vision they actually have good response to sounds and all they turn around take their face that side but sometimes it take the time between the time 12 to 16 weeks also so please give it sometime
