my baby is 14 montjs old, she is touching her private part all the time, is this normal??

If your child is doing this all the time that means your child is having some problem over there it could be irritation itching could be anything since your child is unable to express it to you which is why your child is already keeping the hand every now and then over there I suggest you in evaluation with your doctor for this
