my baby is 14 months she has small white dots on her cheeks. which is the best soap that I can use so I can reduce the dryness of the skin and hold the moisturizer

White spots on the body and facce could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

You can go ahead with baby hug milk and cream so it is supposed to be quite nice for the skin what is there a white patches on the skin of the child and instead of trying to remove this this way you get a check with your doctor for first understand the reason behind itWrite Your Answer Here
