Q.

my baby is 14 months old...she got fever 3 days before....we gave p250....but the next day mrng her temperature in axilla was 102....we took her to pediatrician....he gave mefika...the frequency of fever in a day got reduced....he also gave advent antibiotic...today she got fever around 9 am mrng and 9.30pm evng....her temperature was 99.5 in axilla....should I need to take her hospital tomorrow or can I wait...

A. you have already started the antibiotics given by the doctor and after starting antibiotics you have to wait for 3 days that is 6 doses of antibiotics should be given and then fever should subside and if it is still not decreasing after 3 days of antibiotics then only follow visit is required

A. Yes you should give paracetamol or the medicine that your doctor has given because the fever is very mild probably it will subside with another 24 hours but as of now it is rising even if it is 99.3 or four you should give this medicine to the child to put it back in control
