My baby is 14 months. He is going through runny nose and now its been more than 10 days, there is no cure. Please suggest what to do?? I am giving Alerid syrup but i dnt think its working.

A. can be because of allergic reaction. cscold and cough in the baby most of the times is viral infection which will be reducing in a week time trade the baby symptomatically advisable to use steam inhalation for liquification of secretions
