Q.
my baby is 14 months and has runny nose. I have tried with all the medicines suggested by doctor but at last I have to give antibiotic(cepodem 100) to cure her . Is there any home remedy that can work well. please suggest

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. try to prevent temperature variations around child that is from hot to cold and cold to hot environment.
keep the child well covered.
if the palms and soles of the child are cold to touch then the child is feeling cold and you have to take preventive measures to make the child warm.
you can go for home remedies like tulsi ginger honey (add honey if child is more than 1 year of age) combination which can be diluted with water and given frequently to the child.
also u can give turxmeric with warm milk one or two times everyday.
give warm water to drink as well as nasal saline drops frequently.

If antibiotics are also not helping then I believe your child could be going through an allergy and this is a major allergy reaction so get it fit for allergy and start with medication associated you can go ahead with taking a homeopathic treatment if you want
