my baby is 14 month old and he hasn't started walking and talking yet what is the issue ?

See the independent walking that when we talk about a scene between the age of 12 to 17 months and when you talk about talking can be seen between the age of 8 to 9 months to 2 1/2 years so right now you should try to communicate more and more to encourage the child to speak
