Q.

My baby is 14 month now. I started powder milk very early as I could produce sufficient milk. She has started walking at 14 months. Somehow I feel her bone density is not as good as it should be. I try feeding her Ragi but she does not take regularly. what foods I should include to make her bones stronger?

A. If you feel it is not proper then you can start with the calcium supplement for the child and also give more of proteins and dairy products these are going to be a lot beneficial and formula feeding is completely safe to be given and it is good for bones and healthy bone density
