Q.

my baby is 13 months old.she has running nose n cough..fever is normal...am giving her xyzal m n dropizin syrup..from two days..but no improvement is seen. . what is the treatment for this should I give antibiotic

A. Antibiotics cannot be given to the child without doctors advice if you are willing to give any then you’ll have to take a check with your doctor and if it is an infection that they detect then only they are going to advise you with an antibiotic otherwise it is not advisable to give antibiotics to the child
