Q.

my baby is 13 months old now. should I start giving him milk now. he has a very good appetite and also eats solid now.

A. Cow's milk should be introduced to the child only after 1 year of age . Earlier introduction of cows milk can lead to micro bleeding in the digestive tract. It's alsox deficient in iron vit E,C and essential fatty acid. It's also lacking ideal proportion of protein and fats present in brreast milk or any formula milk .
