My baby is 13 months old her upper part of head is Lil bit soft, I'm giving her caldikind syrup 2.5 ml twice daily since from 7 months. according to her age I'm giving her correct quantity of medicine or there is need of some more?

A. this is not safe. at all. should see a pediatrician for this as it need s to be seen and also need s after an exami nation any treatment can be given for this condition . . .
