my baby is 13 months old from last one week he is keeping his head down after playing a little also we have given him mmr vaccine last week because of that he got fever earlier but no fever now pls suggest what to do

A. most of the times babies will be developing fever after taking MMR vaccine also but generally the few were may not be lasting more than two or three days only .
