give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child.
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet.
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene

for vomiting:
please offer small and frequent meal.
but please don't force feed or overfeed your child.
for now,it is better to offer light food like khichdi, rice fruits etc to your child.
keep your child well hydrated
avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially at meal time.
