My baby is 13 months old and she has been sucking thumb a lot mostly in night.. what could be the reason, please help. Also is that okay to suck thumb or should I help her stop doing it

A. thumb sucking is a type of behaviour problem in the small babies please interact more with the baby divert the attention of the baby while doing this it will take lot of time
