My baby is 13 months old And is doing yellow loose motions Becoz of which he is having rashes.. what medicine should i give

A. hi, u may give this home remedy *#Buttermilk Remedy for loose motions* To 2 tsps curd add 7 tsps water... Make buttermilk... Heat the buttermilk.... It should be warm to touch.... Don't boil.... Switch off flame add a pinch of turmeric.... Feed baby after mixing nicely 3 tsps first... Then after four hours second dose.... Loose motion bye bye.... If baby doesn't poop next day don't worry....
