Q.

My baby is 13 month old, four teeth upper centre and two teeth down center had come till 10 month. However, after 10 months, no teeth is yet to be come. He has a lot of teething trouble. Can you suggest?

A. Hi kid usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 years.. so don't be tensed remaining all milk teeth will erupt in due course of time.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip

A. Most babies will develop teeth between 6 and 12 months. Typically, the first teeth to come in are almost always the lower front teeth (the lower central incisors), and most children will usually have all of their baby teeth by age 3.
