my baby is 13 month old . and I am still for breastfeeding should I stop or continue? if stop then how to stop.milk supply? please suggest

A. dear mum , it is recommended to continue breastfeeding till 2 yrs as breastmilk continues to be a source of nutrition and strengthens immunity when stopping breastfeed gradually milk supply stops until then u can express little breastmilk to avoid discomfort

A. You can continue breastfeeding till the age of two years currently I’m just going to recommend you that you should continue if you want to quit introduce a compliment feeding and slowly start with your breastfeeding that’s the right way to quit
