my baby is 13 days old and he got rashes on his skin. is it normal or should I consult doctor please suggest me

A. It is not looking like a rash it’s looking like an allergy currently I’m just going to recommend you to apply calamine lotion but it would be good if you get it examined by the doctor and the doctor will be able to help you with the right treatment for the problem
