my baby is 13 days old and he does potty whenever I feed him formula milk.. is it normal or I should take him to the doctor???

According to the details about the frequency of motionthat you have mentioned here it can be said as normal but if you still have doubts regarding this and that this might be something else than you can consult your doctor for further guidance and suggestions about it till then you can keep this under your observation for time.
