If the fever has not subside in two days all it is increasing constantly you should just get a check with your doctor maybe they will help you with a stronger medication which will be helpful in reducing down the temperature for the child right now viral is spreading quite a lot so I think it’s better to check with your doctor for this and do cold sponging regularly
