my baby is 12 months old and have genetic problem, from day one on formula feed.can I give others mother's milk now who delivered 1 month ago.

Yes if the breast milk from others is available you can give but check the suitability like sometimes storage issues cause few health concerns ,consult a lactation expert or Gynaecologist for advice to take necessary precautions for storage of the breast milk and feeding process to the baby as the baby is having genetic issues.
