my baby is 12 months now . i want to stop breastfeed completely as i am working mom that too night shifts. she wakes up at 12 and 2 and 4 am for feed till now after i give her 120ml bottle feed at 9pm . she sleeps till 12 after 9pm and then wakes up twice thrice for feed . what do i do

A. Hi Try to stop it slowly. Gradually cut down the intake. Day time try to nurse more and frequently like should compensate for night hours. Distract with toys songs or take for walk whenever they demand.
