my baby is 12 month and 2 days old. which one LACTODEX2 OR LACTODEX3 need to give for my baby.

A. Hello mom Mostly lactogen two is advised after baby turned six months old and lactose and three is advised when baby turns one year old. Now your baby is more than one year old so if you want then you can also start giving outside milk to your baby. You can start giving cows milk it is very healthy for babies.
