my baby is 11 months old today he had 4 times motion and once it's like little foam and green in colour. Is this anything to meet doctor and he is teething he got 4 teeth

Foam is mostly because of too much of pressure is applied while pooping so that can be one reason secondly green colour is mostly due to the food that you are giving or formula feeding at third if the motion is loose and green in colour then it could be due to a stomach infection
