Q.

my baby is 11 months old.shall I stop giving formula milk and switch to cow's milk.if so what amount can I give him

A. the thing is that at this age you can go for any type of milk for the child and it can be either formula milk or packet milk or powder milk or animal milk that is either buffalo milk or cow's milk for your child. initially you will have to offer outside milk in small quantity and if the child is tolerating that amount then gradually you can increase the quantity of milk but if the child is not tolerating then kindly change the type of milk you are giving . (when you boil the animal milk and then cool it you can remove the upper layer of fat and it becomes a toned milk) the amount of milk to be given is around 500ml per day minimum at this age

A. hello continue formula milk till one-year and after the kids first bday you may then start with full cream cow's milk which should be safe and not a problem and any concern then it 8s better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you
