my baby is 11 months old,iam a breastfeeding mother,how can I improve milk quantity?

It all depends on diet. If you are not getting sufficient milk, then you should definitely add more milk in your diet. It will help in increasing the breast milk and take a proper nutrition diet. And now your baby is 11 months old, so you should also start giving solids to your baby, baby should not be totally on mother’s milk.
