my baby is 11 months old and her stool is full of red color thread like structured worms which is dead but there are number of worms in her stool what is that and how to control please reply me doctor

Please consult a paediatrician and he will guide you better after examination and analysis and follow the doctors instructions and continue with the prescribed medicines. Get the baby deworming done. Maintain hygiene wash the hands before and after meals. Give plenty of water to the baby
