my baby is 11 month old she is mostly eating in day and night ceralac only to issase koi problem to nahi hogi baby ko.and she is constipated also.and wo bhune hue chane bhi khati he.aur roti ka tukda bhi leti kai bar pls help me to kya karu aur 3 to 4 time milk bhi leti he

Hi At this age child can have one full roti what is seeing a child has like us small bite .. cerelac Is definitely not a food if you’re giving this all the time in your asking if it is not an issue then definitely it is an issue your child is not going to have proper growth weight and all these things because of this food it is not a proper food you have to give proper Roti sabji to the child as like a full roti or child should be eating at this age
