Q.
my baby is 11 month old. she doesn't sleep in whole day she sleeps only 1 or 2 hrs. so i feel that lightly dark circles under her eyes. so what can I do that she sleep properly in day time.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi mam.. Ensure to follow the same sleep routine every day.make sure that baby has good dinner. Give tummy full foods for better sleep. Also give warm milk before bedtime. Night dinner food and milk will keep tummy fillingand bbay will have a peaceful sleep and you can also have a good sleep. If still baby wakes up Avoid day time sleep or you can give warm bath before bedtime.
