A. it's 400 iu per day you need to consult your doctor and doctor will guide you regarding this thing in a proper manner and later on you can follow the advice given by the doctor so better to chronsult for a proper guidance

A. hi dear Give your baby 5 micrograms of vitamin D3 as a supplement every day from birth to 12 months if they are: breastfed. taking less than 300mls or 10 fluid oz (ounces) of infant formula a day.
